I just finished “Why I’m no longer talking to white people about race” By Reno Eddo-Lodge.
Here is a quote that resonated with me and something that I see happen a lot.
“It seems there is a belief among some white people that being accused of racism is far worse than actual racism” (Eddo-Lodge, 2017, p. 132).
We must be willing to listen in order to understand. To take down our shields and open out hearts. We must accept our wrong doings and continually work to do better.
